How do I prepare for my scheduled cleaning?

Our cleaning services do not require clients to declutter prior to our arrival. We remove all items for the client and clean all surfaces, then return the clean items back to there original locations

 

How will we know when the cleaners arrive?

Clients are placed on an individual schedule (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) on a specific day and time.

 

What do I do with my pet?

Our staff are pet friendly, however, certain pets may be required to be secured during our visit.

 

Who will be cleaning my home?

We provide a routine of the same onsite personnel to maintain the high level of expectancy within your home.

 

Do I provide the cleaning supplies?

Depending on the services required (this will vary.) We ask that you contact our friendly staff for a free estimate.

 

Am I required to be present during the cleaning?

A majority of our clients request that we clean their homes while they are at work or participating in other activities. However, some clients prefer to be at home when we arrive to communicate direction. We encourage our clients to observe us while we work, as we work hard. Why leave, this is your home.

 

What is the cost?

Every unique home receives a free estimate from MacMillian's Made to Clean. We then discuss the initial cleaning and the amount of time agreed upon with the client to clean their home thoroughly.

 

What is an initial cleaning?

An initial cleaning is a one time thorough cleaning of the home. The client is then placed on a schedule for a regular maintained cleaning.

 

How doyou access my home or business?

Some clients provide us with a key or key code to access their home or business. All keys and key codes for all clients are kept securely in a safe box which is only accessible by the manager and the company owner.

How does your cleaning help with virus protection and influenza?   

Here at Made to Clean our number one priority is client care. With your regular scheduled cleanings, we can maintain and reduce the amount of allergens  within your home. We use only name brand products that effectively decimate germs and bacteria. We use Dyson HEPA vacuums which removes 99.9% of dust, allergens and pet hair. Our methods of cleanliness aid in the prevention of asthma, influenza and other symptoms of respiratory concerns. Our cleaning staff have the techniques and product knowledge to remove mold, mildew and other ailments within your home.

 

How do I pay for my home / business cleanings?

Clients may pay by means of cash, cheques or email transfers.   

 

What if I decide to cancel my residential cleaning service?

MacMillian's Made to Clean provides a NO service contract for residential homes. It has NO service fees and NO hidden fees. However we do ask that our clients provide us with 48 hours notice upon cancelling or a fee may be charged.
